During exhibition openings, admission to the sector in question is free of charge.

Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre offers free admission for the following categories of visitors: preschool children (6 years old or younger); children from orphanages; pupils of Daugavpils Secondary School “Saules”; students at the Faculty of Music and Arts, Daugavpils University; persons with Grade 1 and 2 disabilities and an individual accompanying someone with Grade 1 disability or a disabled child; supervisors of tourist groups; persons employed in Latvian museums; members of ICOM and ICOMOS; members of the Artists’ Union of Latvia; members of the Artists’ Association of Daugavpils, mass media representatives.
