Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Centre is located in the former Artillery Arsenal building of the Daugavpils fortress that was completed in the first half of the 19th century. We feel a sense of responsibility both for Arsenal building itself and for the territory around it, so we implemented projects that promote cultural heritage preservation and development of the Daugavpils Fortress.
