A parking is available for visitors nearby the DMRAC. Parking for buses is available in front of Michaela gates. Entrance tickets for sale are available at the lobby on the 1st floor DMRAC is wheelchair accessible. Ramps in front of the main entrance, escalators and wheelchair accessible bathrooms are available. Souvenirs for sale are available on the front desk in the museum. Bathrooms are located in the lobby on the first floor. Restaurant “Arsenal” is located in the right wing of the building, on the first floor. A library is available for visitors. Baby’s room. |
Rothko sector visitors will definitely enjoy the digital exposition, where will be possible to learn about Daugavpils in beginning of 20th century viewed by young Mark Rothko, as well as the artist’s evolutional way, leading him to the world-wide recognition, as well as Mark Rothko original paintings, kindly intrusted by Rothko family members, and reproductions. Daugavpils Mark Rothko Art Center was grand opened in April 24 ‘2013!
